Looking for someone to update my old files

I have files for my old server from 1.7 and all the plugins need to be updated as I want to further pursue the project. I cant even figure out how to get the new spigot. I need someone to help me update everything in a way where nothing will break or at least close to there. I will pay. It is a skywars server and it is on the 1.7 sky wars reloaded plugin:

needs to be updated to

https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/skywarsreloaded.15464/

I know how to do that but I am having trouble finding all the right versions for worldguard, etc
