🕹 What is MCGTA?
MCGTA is a GTA-inspired Minecraft server where players can:
- Build their criminal empire
- Rob houses, banks, mansions and stores
- Fight off cops and rival players
- Grind cash, unlock gear, and climb the criminal underworld

Admin – 3 Positions (18+ & NDA)
Admins are the backbone of the staff team. You’ll work directly with me (the owner) and help with:
- Overseeing day-to-day server operations
- Handling escalated player issues & punishments
- Assisting with testing new features & updates
- Helping coordinate and manage the wider staff team
- Maintaining a positive community and setting the standard for others
Requirements (Admin):
- 18+
- Willing to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) – due to access to configs, files and sensitive information
- Able to commit at least 7 hours per week
- Mature, reliable, and comfortable using voice chat for discussions
🛡 Moderators – 4 Positions (18+)
Moderators are the frontline of the community:
- Dealing with rule-breakers (chat, cheating, toxicity, etc.)
- Responding to player reports and questions
- Helping keep Discord and in-game chat clean & friendly
- Assisting with basic events and community engagement
Requirements (Moderator):
- 18+ (no proof required, but you must be honest)
- Able to commit at least 7 hours per week
- Good judgement, calm under pressure, and fair when dealing with players
(No NDA required for Moderator.)
Helpers – 2 Positions (18+)
Helpers are the first friendly face new players see:
- Answering questions in chat / Discord
- Guiding new players through the server’s features
- Reporting issues, bugs or suspicious behaviour to Mods/Admins
- Generally being active and positive in-game
Requirements (Helper):
- 18+
- Able to commit at least 7 hours per week
- Friendly, approachable and patient – especially with new players

⏱ General Expectations for All Roles
- Minimum 7 hours a week of activity
- A decent microphone for staff meetings & interviews
- Professional attitude – you represent the server
- Respectful behaviour towards other staff and players
- Willingness to learn how our systems and gameplay work
