Looking for Staff Managers, And staffs!

I would work on the overall application.. Maybe talk about the server a bit? Possibly actually entail what the Staff Manager does, instead of just asking in the application "What does a staff manager do" because your version and my version could be totally different. Anyways, If you fix up your applications, and describe the server.. Then I will consider applying

How active will you be on my server?: I can be on around 1-3 hours a day normally sometimes longer but it all depends on the day
How can we trust you? How can you trust me? I am a server owner myself So I know what I am doing also I have been staff on many other servers where I was oped and had * perms for example I am Moderator On brickprison and I am oped and I am a very trusted staff member on there sadly I retired a few weeks ago due to me getting bored of the same stuff every day. I am also Owner/Co-owner/Admin/Head-Admin on a lot of other servers but they are mainly friends server so I dont really count them but I do know what to do and how to be a Admin
Will you help support the server? Yes I can help get people on the server as I am a youtube and I have over 330 subs. also I can help with plugins and or help make new builds as I am a builder as well. I can also help find new and cool plugins that you may want to add to the server.
Will you help advertise the server? Yes ^
You understand that it will be a hard job to do and you still want to do it? Yes and No it isnt that hard to be quite honest its easy when you know what it is that you are doing.

I've worked with many servers being an administrator and helping out with staff, I'd take my time to read applications and picking out the best ones, then interviewing the ones that have taken time to make their application and are being respectful in game and helping other people out.
What do Staff Managers do(Testing you if you know what to do if you are a staff manager)? Making rules for the staff team such as staff chat rules and rules in game and making sure they are doing their job and don't step out of line like abusing, reading applications accepting and denying them, trying to pick the best staff for the team. I've helped out with applications and rules on Viperhcf and parapots, picking out the best candidates for the job the ones that stand out, promoting the ones that are doing there job and earned a promotion, demoting people that don't care about the job abuse and are inactive without notice, just being the best staff manager I can!
It looks like a really enjoyable job, I've only had some experience with it and I'd love to have more
