What should I Look for in a build team?
I don't want to be scammed or exploited... So how can I choose a build team that will best suite my build style?
I am looking to be paid so what is the normal % I should recieve from my builds when in a build team?

I'm sorry, I am not looking to be part of a build team just yet, but looking for advice on how to choose a build team, I am not offering any services until I have the information I need and feel ready enough to join a build team.

I am seeking advice from builders that have worked with build teams in the past, preferably multiple build teams, I'm open to all the advice I can take

If I could I'd rename this thread to "Need help choosing a build team"

Choosing a build team is hard. So here are a few tips on choosing your build team:
1) The build team must be recruiting
2) You must have a decent portfolio
3) You must be ready to do an application or an interview
4) You must discuss your pay and work rate
5) The build team must build for decent prices
6) You must not ask for less pay than other recruits
7) The build team must have a portfolio
