Hello everyone. My name is Arlen and I am currently 14 years old. I am looking for servers that stand from 6+ people up to become staff on. With my experiance, I want to work with smaller servers. Some benefits you can receive are,

What can you bring to the Staff team?:
I have three reasons of what I can bring to the staff team which is a tie into how my skills would benefit the ArsonPvP community!

Over my time of playing I have been a Mod or Owner of many factions many being power factions and factions that dominate servers. I can perform really good recruitment, and offer a very charismatic personality. Leadership is one of my best qualities.

I have been Owner and Manager on both of these servers along with some others servers. I know what it takes to run a server, and it is very challenging but maintaining a strong lower level staff team like being a helper or moderator because you might proceed and be promoted to the next stage.
Motivation:
I love to help people, and spend a lot of time with my faction and people who ask for it giving them information they need to be successful on the server. Helping is what I love to do and I won't stop. I am very mature and loyal . I can handle criticism well. I am not toxic, and very welcoming to people who treat me with good respect. Of course, I will give the role my all. I want to set a high standard for the server (lower toxicity, improve staff quality). My energy level for being a leader and helping people is very why and why I believe putting a piece on it in my three pillars of reasons I should be a Helper pillar. I take pride in it, very much so.
Why do you want Staff?:
Arson is an interesting place with people who are toxic, helpful, leaders, and hackers/cheaters. The community is very diverse. When I heard Arson was recruiting Staff members , I opened up a Word document and started typing. I got really excited. But the only problem was that I was denied. I was mad at first but then I realized that it might be a sign. Now I know what is expected of an applicant. I would not like but LOVE to apply for ArsonPvP because I see its potential and I have seen the 20+ players in the Teamspeak looking for help they may or may not receive. I will soon most likely be switching over from Sarefine to Arson as my main server. I hope to spend a ton of time on here, and I have brought over some friends and built a faction for Map 9 and waiting for 9.5. So hyped and excited for the SOTW of 9.5 to either be a staff member or play as a juggernaut.
