I personally would advise against paying for any course
design and development are such huge topics that they are greatly covered on youtube for free and even better than many of the courses
Anything you look up on youtube can be of help, no matter if it's something that others watched or not
Just make sure to start slow and practice

I personally suggest to start from https://www.w3schools.com. However, if you're interested in more harder stuff, youtube and stack overflow is pretty nice
