Looking to buy a server in moderation

I'm looking to buy a semi-populated server, but I will be paying in moderation. I'm willing to spend a few hundred dollars a month until the server is completely payed off.

So what youre saying is, you'll buy the server for cheap,
get donations from the server, and pay the person with the server donation money? lol
Or are you saying you'll pay the person few hundred a month till you pay the full, then you get the server?

Basically the second one. I'd have to meet the requirements of the seller.
