A lot of the users of MCM will know me, but i'm here today to request services rather than offer them. I have been working with Vexzile for a long time now and i've been helping them expand and grow, and they are doing rather well for themselves.
I have a full time builder on the payroll who gets a nice salary each month and now i'm looking to hire them a full time developer.
The developer does not need to be 100% dedicated to us, but be able to spend a large amount of their time on Vexzile and working for Vexzile.
We are looking for someone who can make custom-coded plugins, who can help us implement them and then make changes to them (for example there may be bugs or glitches that arise later on).
We are looking for different types of plugins, like simple GUI's to custom administration plugins. Even custom mini-game plugins.

Pay is a little tricky, what we do with the builder is, he works and each hour spent working earns him an hours worth of wages. At the end of the month a spreadsheet is reviewed with his work hours and sent off to the accountant for pay.
What we would do with the Developer is, pay per hour (we will conduct checks to ensure the hours claimed by the Developer are correct and not falsified) and then as the Developer fixes bugs and helps us implement the plugins pay the hourly rate for that work.
So the builder for example, makes a build that takes him 10 hours to complete, that is recorded and if we wanted a change to be made, he might spend 30 mins making the change and then we would add another half an hour on to his monthly wage.
If you are worried about scamming etc, i'm the last person who would scam you here. We will put you in contact with the Financial Administrator prior to signing the contact and with our builder who is independent from us. Although he's been Incorporated into our staff team, he still belongs to a building team. You can see some vouches on my profile by clicking my name.
We are looking to pay top dollar, not small silly amounts of money for major plugins.
