Looking to sell my Minecraft network - $XXXX, NA playerbase

I'm looking to sell my multi-gamemode NA Premium Minecraft network, centered around PvP/grinding.
All gamemodes are distinguished from other servers in core gameplay and features, so you won't be buying yet another generic SMP.

We have 3 core gamemodes:

• Box Mining (very high quality, focus on long-form grinding and keeping players engaged, tons of content)
• 2D Gens Raiding (highly competitive, encouraging AFK and very team based ensuring that current players bring in new ones). This is a UNIQUE gamemode with
• Box Gen PvP (quick grind, purely PvP focused)

Some stats about our server(s):

• Our Box Mining gamemode peaked 167 players.
• Our 2D Gens Raiding server peaked 174 players (@ 20 TPS).
• Average playercount right now: 50-70
• Our highest network playercount has been over 300 players (under a different network name)
• Our gamemodes have made over $5K in revenue total. My monetization isn't great, but it can be made much better - our 2D gens raiding gamemode made over $300 in just 4 days and $630+ over the last week and a half this season, meaning you’d make back your investment in less than 2 months!

Operating Costs:

• Dedicated Server: $209/mo (very overkill, I'm hosting various friends' servers which covers most of the payment).
• Minehut/Minekeep proxies: $20/mo for 4 servers
• UniverseSpigot Plus: $60/mo. Not needed at all, but nice to have.
• Advertising: Variable. Players on my network are extremely dedicated, and the server has grown by word of mouth even in months when I've done zero advertising.

You could get the entire network running for under $40/month if you choose to. I just invest extra into ensuring the server is 100% perfect.

What you'll get:
