Looking to start a SkyBlock server with someone

I am thinking of opening a SkyBlock server up, I'm not quite sure yet. I currently have a Factions server as of right now, but it isn't going good at all.

I'm looking for a owner/co-owner to help me around the server. I do NOT expect you to help pay with the monthly bill, but I prefer someone who would.
