I’m currently building Loomwood, an upcoming Minecraft network, and I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys growing communities and connecting with people.
I’m not looking for a typical staff manager. What I need is someone who can help bring players to the server, reach out to content creators, and help turn Loomwood into an active community.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Finding and reaching out to YouTubers and streamers.
- Building relationships with creators and communities.
- Helping grow our Discord and player base.
- Coming up with ideas to get people interested in Loomwood.
- Working directly with me on the network’s growth.
Who I’m Looking For
Someone who:
- Is outgoing and comfortable talking to people.
- Understands Minecraft communities.
- Has ideas for growth and isn’t afraid to take initiative.
- Wants to be part of a project from the ground up.
Experience is great, but motivation matters more. If you’ve helped grow a community before, definitely let me know.
Compensation
I want to be transparent about this.
This is not a salaried position right now. Loomwood is still in development, and we’re not generating revenue yet.
Instead, this role is performance-based. As the network grows, you’ll receive compensation based on the results you help generate. Think of it more like a sales or business development position than a traditional staff role.
If you’re confident in your ability to bring in players, creators, and partnerships, there’s real earning potential here as the network grows.
About Loomwood
Loomwood is currently working toward launch with:
- SMP
- Skyblock (planned)
- PvP (planned)
- A strong focus on community and long-term growth
I’m looking for people who want to help build something, not just join another Minecraft server.
