What are the deadlines for these designs and such?
More customized themes would take more time and much faster themes would be finished sooner than more customized themes, so they will be from between 1 day to a maximum of 2 weeks, therefore if we either cannot complete it at that deadline, then we would give you a refund or either lower the price down for the design

Payment Instructions?
1. We discuss about the webdesign and how it will end up, prices and all that
2. You pay us 50% before we start the design, so we know you won't waste our time
3. We start the web design and we link you the website where we start at so you can visit the website and see the progress
4. If you like the service, you then pay the full price that was agreed on
5. We then give you the whole file (css, javascripts, etc)
6. You become a happy customer and vouch for what you receive (optional)
Well, by default, we use PayPal as it is reliable to us.
Notes to remind you:
- You must ask for permission before reselling the web design we provide
- You do not have permission to chargeback your payment or we will post your web design on MCM and over SpigotMC
- No refund will be given when paying the first 50% of the payment if you are not proud of the result, but unless we say so, then it's fine if we give out a refund
- If you have questions for me, please contact me straight on skype or private message
- After a deal, we will assist you for a week after the web design has been finished
- If I don't offer a service you want, contact me for some suggestions
