Lush Games is currently seeking Head Staff Members.
We are currently looking for the following
Media Manager [NON-PAID]
1. Managing relationships with content creators, streamers, and YouTubers who create Minecraft content.
2. Managing the content creators, ensuring that they are following the requirements (in the sense that they are uploading or streaming)
3. Hiring, demoting and promoting content creators who exceed well in their uploads and channels
Community Manager [NON-PAID]
1. Interact with players across our various platforms, such as forums, Discord server, and in-game.
2. Respond to player inquiries & moderate discussions
3. Organizing and running community events such as events, Q&A sessions, and giveaways. These events help keep the community engaged and encourage player participation.
4. Act as the voice of the players within the network. Gather feedback from the community regarding bugs, issues, or suggestions, and communicate it to our development team and gamemode managers to help improve the game. They also keep players informed about new updates, upcoming features, and any changes.
Gamemode Managers [NON-PAID]
1. Responsible for overseeing and managing your own gamemode.
2. Ensuring that different your gamemode are properly configured and working as intended. This includes setting up server configs, ensuring rules are enforced, and managing any custom game mode mechanics.
3. Organizing and running events or challenges that are tied to specific game modes, like special competitions, tournaments, or seasonal events. These events often require careful planning and management to ensure they run smoothly and provide a rewarding experience for players.
