Introduction
Hello there, my name is Jason. I came on MC-Market today looking for professional staff members for my survival server Maestream. We normally hit 5-10 players on the weekends and 3-5 on week days. Let me tell you a bit about the server before we get started. Maestream is your basic survival server with a twist, instead of not being able to claim land and running the risk of being raided or griefed, we use an amazing plugin called "Protection Stone". Now what this plugin allows you to do is use /kit claim, which gives you a claim block which in this case is a End Stone. When you get this end stone, you are able to place it and claim a world guard region that is 50x50 with pre-set flags.

You can change these flags and add flags with a simple command by using /ps flag [flag] [arg]. You can also add members & owners to your protected area to allow them to build. We also have a Tokens system for Voting, Each time you vote you receive 50 tokens.

Why are you interested in being a part of the team?: I am very interested in joining your community, I believe my prior experience and work ethic will be very beneficial to your community.

Any past experience?: During My years of being on minecraft, I have helped multiple communities, including FancyMC, HerosMC, MineFrost, Paradisesurvival.

FancyMC: I was the Co-Owner/ Manager. While the other staff were in different time zones, I would work around the clock doing my best to keep with the other staff members and community members.

HerosMC: I was One of the two owners, I managed everything plugin and community related while my partner handled the advertisement and other essential requirements.

Minefrost: I was a SYS-Admin and had to manage their Factions Server, from everything as simple configurations to having to handle ddos issues.

ParadiseSurvival: This was a little Rag Tag server i constructed when i first were learning about MC Servers, I set up the server so I could teach my self the ins and outs of servers and how communities work.

I don't ignore anyone even if it's the most annoying person of the network. I treat everyone equally, even if it is my friend. I will try to solve my own faults and never do something without permission. I will only act according the rules and don't make my own. I'm serious in my job but having fun is possible too. I will try to fix things and add things(if it's my job).
