Make Discord Account Sync bot actually link to the notification in question

Instead of the link taking you to your alerts page, make it take you directly to the link. It makes way more sense.

Whilst a nice QOL feature, I can't see this being worth the development time to do because: 1) this isn't one of our custom addons and 2) there isn't an easily accessible/known link for each alert - they're rendered templates so we'd have to parse them and do class selection on the server side.
