This is the official thread MaliciousMC server recruitment, MaliciousMC is a word dealing with Harm, but in this sense it means pure epicness! MaliciousMC is a very unique Factions server that will be launched in a month or two. We strive to be the most professional server out there, and with that we need professional staff. You may ask " Why are you recruiting early? " , well we believe that each staff member should get to know each other before the actual launch of the server. Without further or do, here is the recruitment form:

Describe what being a Mod means to you:
Being a role model for the rest of the server, being someone the whole server likes and respects.
Describe your communication skills:
I'd say my communication skills on a staff to player level are very good, I've been staff on multiple servers so I know each of the perspectives relatively well.
Describe your past experiences as staff on servers:
Owner of LegendaryNations, earning around 200$ in donations, Owner of ParadoxPVP, earning over 500$ in donations, Admin on DivineKingdoms, earning over 1000$ in donations. (Can provide proof if needed)
Will you be respectful towards your higher ups, and will you follow orders when given to you?
Of course, and respect everyone on the server. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
What are the terms for you to rightfully kick or temp-mute a player?
Mute: Spam, constant language, flaming another player
Kick: Spam, language, or flaming after mute expires, staff disrespect
Perm-Mute: Advertisment, since I wouldn't be able to ban
How familiar are you with server plugins such as WE, Essentials, Group Manager, etc?
Very. As owning my own server before I've had to become very familiar with plugins time and time again. The only thing is I worked with PEX instead of Group Manager, but I still understand the plugin concept.
How much time can you dedicate to the server?
At least 2 hours a day, probably a bit more during weekends, I have to juggle 2 jobs and school on top of Minecraft.
How would you go about solving an argument between two players on the server?
Ask them what the problem is, if I can solve it myself by muting, kicking, or banning(perm muting) I will, otherwise I will get a higher staff member to assist me.
Scenarios; What would you do if...

A.) You saw a player being rude and disrespectful towards another player in game
At first I'd let them be, as sometimes in games we are rude to other players. However, it it persisted and annoyed others or got out of control, I'd /msg both and warn them, then mute them both if the problem consisted.
B.) You saw a player hacking on the server


Immediately kick them and tell them to stop, and notify a higher up staff member ASAP.
C) A player was being rude and disrespectful towards you
Simply kick them and tell them to stop, and if the problem kept up I would ban them. No tolerance for disrespect.
CD.) You saw a Mod/Admin abusing their power
Ask them to stop, and notify a higher up staff member right away.
