Manager for an OP Prison server?

I have no interest in doing the work on the OP Prison server. That being said. I need a manager/partner to finish the work of a 3/4 done OP Prison server and continue to run and manage it with perks included below.

Server was moved to 1.9 and plugins may be outdated and some bugs in the server exist aswell so you also need to know how to work plugins as well.
