Manager for Faction Server

Hello MC-Market Im idkaname2use im looking for a manager that has a calm mind and doesnt rage easily, is good with advertisement, can handle a medium size community, is good with staff and other people, is nice and is able to be on often enough to keep a server running well by them selves.

you wont get the rank right away you will start lower in staff and work up.

No professional server manager is going to put the in the time that it takes to get promoted to "Manager" on your "Server"

Alright, thanks. And also, I agree with what E_Hos said. No one is going to take the time in ranking up to Manager from Helper just to be part of your "Server". You might be better off with getting one of your best Admins to Manage for you since they know the server better as well as the commands/community.

There are plenty of guys here that are experienced and mature enough to get manager right away, believe me.

Depending on your staff ranks, lower staff ranks are usually Helper or Mod. Not knowing which you would choose, I simply went with Helper as that is what many Owners/Staff Managers go with when hiring a new staff member.

Either way they would have to be good with advertisement and have some vouches before I would promote straight to Manager

Why only advertisement? Managers cover almost everything from bugs to staff members.
