MaxBans - Punish UUID's

Hey,

I know it is very hard to find someone doing this for free on MCM. But I need a plugin that can link onto the plugin "MaxBans" (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/maxbans/). When you punish someone via maxbans, it only does their IGN. For example: I perm ban someone, if they change their IGN they can get onto the server again. I am looking for a custom plugin which can link up with maxbans to ban, tempban, mute and tempmute their UUID's so when they get punished, it will stay that way. Use LiteBans, same as MaxBans but uses UUIDs.

Otherwise you will not receive any help for free.
