Thank you for all your support towards this project. The extension is released, here's an official statement from Mick:

Over the past few months, a suggestion made by y0jJJyeDYzRTYomFX has been gaining more and more popularity, to the point where it's now the most viewed suggestion ever made in the history of MC-Market. Today I'm very proud to announce that a Chrome Browser extension has been developed by y0jJJyeDYzRTYomFX, Wvisoecj, and Ajdin. The extension allows for you to select a very sleek and modern theme for MC-Market, which wouldn't be possible to add as a regular theme with the restrictions that xenForo has.

This extension has been planned and created over several months with many beta testers. The beta testers were: TechBanana, lAkjtzAZ0, Arcrimonia, rexs123, y0jJJyeDYzRTYomFX, Wvisoecj, myself, 1amDev, mattrick, Elcro, Chearful, TheLightDev, Candy, @NikDev, and Hoot. Without these beautiful people, the addon wouldn't be as bug-free as it is. Right now, there is currently one theme that you can switch to, but in the future, it's planned to add much more.

To get the extension, you must be using the Chrome Browser and you can download Onyx here: https://onyx.pwign.com/, and once again thank you to y0jJJyeDYzRTYomFX and Wvisoecj for their work on creating this for the community.

A screenshot of what the theme looks like right now can be seen below.

Thank you all for the tremendous support and feedback. I do appreciate them whether they are good or bad. This suggestion has made history receiving 80 ratings in 24 hours.

If this is not implemented in any way, some developers have contacted me and offered to do a CSS file so you all can enjoy ;)

While I like the concept of it, it's really something that's difficult to do.

Getting something completely made from scratch is not even worth it at this stage. Professional XenForo designers their hourly rates are kinda high and getting a style made for XenForo takes days if not weeks before it can be put in production. Just imagine that every single color, box, container, etc has it's own set of properties. I would love a custom style but I'd rather wait for XF 2.0 (which I'm hoping to see end next year) as the style will need to be update anyways. It's much more work than just having a go at it in Illustrator as presented in this thread design. I'm honestly willing to put down a few hundreds for a completely custom good looking modern style.

I'm a huge fan of Simplistic and Modern styles aswell. I've looked for them before on various XenForo sites but nothing looked satisfying enough for me. To me, all XenForo styles I've come across look similar in so many ways that I don't see enjoyment in browsing any XenForo site anymore. It's the same boring repetitive layout. I honestly think it's kind of funny. I've never seen a XenForo website and went "WOW " which I have seen with other platforms where styles and templates are much more customizable. Take a look at the MyBB free templates for example. You can see the various layouts of the sidebars, containers, etc. If you take a look at XenForo's top templates, it's a whole different story and they all just seem like the same template with minimal changes, that's the part I find funny. Except for this one by PixelExit but it doesn't look too good imo... It's different though! Take a look at this custom one for example. It's about purses, no big deal... But take a look at the style and layout of the website. Believe it or not, that's XenForo. It's also one of the biggest XenForo forums. Another forum that's quite big and I personally browse is the UK Business Forums. I love the style of that one too.

I'm not sure why this is the case. I have no idea how XenForo styles are made. It honestly might have to do with the restrictions in 1.x.x. The XenForo developers are working on 2.0 and by the sounds of it, they will have a demo out mid next year, knowing them, it'll probably take longer. Next to that, we have to make sure all our addons will be compatible which might take a while to happen aswell.

You guys are always welcome to suggest individual styles you find on XenForo.com or any other reputable website and I'll look into implementing it if it's worth it.

I can also already tell you that I'm going to have a limit of 6 styles. The only ones that will stick around will be Minecraft Dark and Light. Season styles will eventually be removed once others are added.

Also, for those who are wondering Lyphiard is not a designer, he's a developer. 2 different things.

tl;dr no custom style for now, possibly a pre-made template if something good is found. Waiting for XenForo 2.0

When BeBosny is scrub and doesn't look at the suggs anymore.
This seriously pisses me off. This suggestion was up for less than 2 days and has been having constant replies and discussions. Sometimes it's just better for me to wait it out until it gets more input. Let's also not forget that it's in the middle of the weekend and that I have a life and job too.

Just say its not possible atm.
I believe my current response is much more informative than just saying.

"Sorry guys, not today, try again later!"

Thanks for the lengthy reply. I do indeed understand the limitations of Xenforo and what you are talking about. If the website is not accepted, would be it possible for the logo to make its way?

I would believe an Xenforo designer on here would be willing to do it.

If someone here was to do it, i can imagine it been quite cheap. Possibly even free. Would be worth making the theme, just for the bragging rights of saying you made the theme MCM is using. Would also be amazing for a protfolio, when people ask to see your previous woek, you can just say you are looking at it right now. A vouch from BeBosny on your profile, has to the most valuable vouch you can get, what better way to prove your reputable?

Im sure someone here would be willing to do it for free, or cheap for the above reasons.
