In all seriousness, I'd say PvP tryhards have the fastest. last I checked I have a 7 or something like that.

I get around 10-15 clicks per second. 15 is when I am tryharding and leftclicking while clicking the side buttons I have on my mouse - 10 is when I just jitter.
