Teams is a plugin that allows players to create teams (similar to factions). Teams can be helpful in battle and you can set rally points and team headquarters. This plugin is used on the popular hardcore pvp servers like MCPvP, MCTeams, MCDreamZ, etc. This plugin should work for all versions and it does not have any permissions.

Honestly, Teams plugins are ALL OVER the internet. I don't see why somebody would buy it from you, and you probably didn't code the plugin anyway.
