MCUHC - Looking for experienced Java developer!

Hello there,


Recently, a few friends and I have been trying to think of something that hasn't been done much on a Minecraft server before. We have an idea: Fully Automatic UHC games, with rewards and punishments.


We are aware that there are many plugins which claim to make UHC automatic, however they still require someone to be present to control the game.


My team and I are looking for a Java developer who could create this plugin for us, and hopefully remain part of the team. We do not want someone who will just make the plugin and leave, we would like a valuable team member who has as much passion for this idea as we do.


Currently, we do not know quite how successful or popular this type of server will be, however we plan on doing market research through polls and surveys before going ahead with full development; we don't want to waste your time.
