Yo! I'm the owner of Mergic Pixelmon, a very unique pixelmon server that has been inactive as of late due to my staff being inactive and me having to work. Due to this, I am in need of a new staff team. I could also use some builders, some Twitch Streamers and/or Youtubers, a graphic artist or two, and a Public Relations Manager.

NOTE: These are not paid positions at the moment, but you will be able to recieve donation rewards for your services.

I prefer terraforming to building, and I offer paid whole-world terraforming services if you're interested.

Here's my banner specifying my qualifications and experience:
  • How much time can you put into your role?: Depending on the success of the server, I will be active as much as my time allows, usually 5 or more hours a week.
As a sysadmin, I imagine I would only be needed when you have a server problem. As a builder, I'd be active whenever you need things built. As an in-game moderator or administrator I'll be on every day.
  • How can you help the server by being your chosen role?: Every server needs a qualified builder, and a custom world helps it even more. As a system administrator I can ensure the server is as fast as possible, and setup professionally.
  • Are you currently staff/owner on/of any other servers? If yes, which servers?: Head Builder and Moderator on a small server called Legendcraft. I also helped optimize their server. I also own a FTB server for a community of around 20 active players, which is a nightmare to manage believe me.

  • Experience with a role like the one you've chosen: I'm a driven person who works hard to attain my goals. The ability to overcome obstacles and follow things through to completion has always been a strong point of mine, which is why I've managed to thrive in such a competitive areas. However, I am aware that as a professional in my delegation skills could be improved. I would welcome training in conflict management as well as any other opportunities to develop in this area. So please take the time in deciding on approving this application. I will do my best in all areas to earn the staff & community's trust. Thank You.
  • If so, can you give us some examples/proof?: My proof is, Servers! I have worked with Servers like: Quintessence Factions ( Helper ) Just look them up. I also manage a Role Playing server / Chat with 30+ members ( Snowed in ) I am the Assist. Director. This is around all minor examples / Proof. Add me on skype for more Proof.
  • How much time can you put into your role?: 3-5 hours each day, I am a VERY dedicated Member / Staff, I push myself to become the hardest worker.
  • How can you help the server by being your chosen role?:If someone was hacking, what would you do: that I would do the following: I would give the player a warning, deal out in what the situation is, take the situation into my own hands, and if it gets too out of control I would penalize the player in ban time or kick. Banning or even kicking is not my strong suit that I not really enjoy but we the community have to keep the rules and community in check. Players being disrespectful to other players or staff and not regulating the rules will mean for me to punish the player. Our server need to teach players to understand the rules and concept of the game and not to break the rules. We can all have fun once in a while but unnecessary violence is not a thing I can tolerate.
  • Are you currently staff/owner on/of any other servers? If yes, which servers?: Yes, Snowed In Roleplay server, 30+ Members. Also, Quintessence Factions. As Previously Stated.
  • Side Note:From my past experiences as staff, the best way in improving staff team is all of them getting involved. Everyone contributing in something can help the community which will start to get things done. Then identify ways you would like to help for instance, helping new players, asking others if you would like to help etc. Also, set some reachable goals. to accomplish a goal in improvement, you're going to need an action plan. I would write up a plan that details everything I would need to accomplish that given goal by observing player's skill sets. Putting effort into the plan takes time to create a change. Being passionate in showing others impossible goals will inspire them. It's not going to be easy to make things better, but every bit of effort you put into your server will make a difference.
