$30 will get you nothing, anybody that claims they can do it for that much is BSing you.

Furthermore the only method is the "reserving method" via minecraft.net, and that will be patched with an ETA of 1-2 months as the way this functions will be changed in addition a captcha being added when entering a name and continuing and it will be required each time, so it can't be filled out in advance.
