I handle the day to day side of things, for example: managing and organising staff, dealing with tickets and issues, keeping the server active, planning updates/events, and making sure everything runs smoothly overall.
I can help keep things consistent, take pressure off the owner, and ensure the server is progressing rather than just sitting still.
