My name is Jorden and I'm looking for a potential partner, or more, to help create a successful minecraft server.
I'm looking for someone, or a group of people, to join me as an owner on an upcoming minecraft server of mine. I need someone who's able to develop the server, create, find and setup plugins, and help with the overall server as a whole. The server profits will be split %65, divided between all owners equally, and %35 towards the server needs.
My Experience:
Unfortunately, I have no experience running a server which initially might be a turn down for most. However, I have experience that would make up for this in other areas. I'm in university under a business administration degree, learning about HR and Marketing which has a direct correlation towards a minecraft server.
I've also spent a majority of my life using social media, and attempting to get "internet famous", this has allowed me to master algorithms on almost every social media site, which we would use to advertise the server.
Additionally, I've been staff, and am currently staffing on many minecraft servers which has allowed me to learn first hand how an owner should run a successful minecraft server.

I'm looking to create, or potentially join someone else's server under the following gamemodes. Either, prison, op-prison, skyblock, factions or survival.
I have unique ideas, which I know if executed correctly would bring in a large amount of players, and inturn money to us.
