Minecraft Username Sniper

Hello,

I need a basic username sniper in java where you set how many ms before and after it tried to snipe, i wont discuss my whole plan behind this.

I dont want it to be like as powerful as mcsniper.co, but i want it to have at least a 1% chance. A speed at all.

Budget is not very big, but this whole script wont be too complicated either.
