Minecraftserverlist experience?

Hey guys, I am wondering if someone has some experience to share with me about purchasing premium time at minecraftserverlist aka serverpact, what are the end results of it? Is it worth the money?

From my experience, the prime hours for minecraftservers.org is around 1-5 EST. If you purchase a few hours you should get a decent amount of players, like 100 an hour. I have not used serverpact before though. Might not be bad to try it out if it is not out of your budget.

Just make sure of the following:
- You have a playerbase (15-20 peaks) to start
- You have a finished server
- Your server is able to retain players

As long as you can meet those three things, it doesn't matter what slot you get (1-10). It is certainly worth the money. Even if you don't make your money back, you will definitely increase your playerbase.

I have MCSL slot 10 right now for the month of December. My server peaked at 15-20 players before the slot. We reset on the second of December, and now we're peaking from 50-60 players on weekdays and over 80 players on weekends.
