If it's his server, which it is, he can do whatever he likes. Too many people think a server needs to be a democracy or some bullshit, that's ridiculous. The server owner's word is law, and he can ban anyone he likes for no reason at all.
I'll just be frank. The only person that has control over the server is the real owner. Any other staff members serve at the owner's pleasure and have zero power besides the power that the owner gives them, which can be taken away at any time.[DOUBLEPOST=1425261908,1425261718][/DOUBLEPOST]Oh and the owner of a server is the person that owns the domains. Nobody else.
Just look at TitanicFreak, him and MrJakeman were "equal owners," of ReactiveMC, but look how fast Titanic got kicked the fuck out.
