Mini-Game Plugin

I have a sick mini-game plugin idea which I would like dev to make me. Now my budget is $40, I know this isn't much but it's a hobby and I'm sure you will enjoy making it. I'm not going over $40 that so if you think it's not enough don't reply. I wouldn't say it's a complex plugin to make, quiet simple actually.

First off, no dev on this site would steal your idea. And if someone finds your server to be successful with it, someone will make a copy anyways.

Price: Well, ehh 40$? Thats what you said, and I have no idea what you want me to make.

You should at least give a brief overview. No one can't really copy your idea if you give a very brief description to let developers know the complexity and what the plugin is about.
