Some positive and negatives about this spawn and hopefully your mind changes a bit about the price!

Positive(s) :
- I like how you made the flags and the Tower in the middle, looks good!
- I like how you custom made the terrain!
- I like how you try to add some nature to the build instead of making it just flat land!

Negative(s) :
- You used Stone brick a lot, even on the ground and you could probably make better roads than just stone brick!
- Looks like you put some random blocks like Pumpkins and pistons in some random area! (like in the corner, next to the store/shop)

I will change the price to $40? or $35? I agree with your positve and negatives to
