Hi there!

I'm Janakin leader of the Sunfury build team. We originally made this hub for our minigame network, but we never finished it and now it's just laying around. I'm looking for serious bidders. The hub has great potential for a minigame network with function as the hub.

Theme: Oriental
Size: ~250x250
Starting bid: $400
Buyout: $700

Alteration can be requested but are not included in the bidding price and might cost extra.

Looks so epic! Good luck selling it. Do you re-sell it after someone already bought it?
Btw, correct me if im wrong but didn't you build for Nyalon's server?

No this will not be re-sold - It is a onetime payment and only 1 buyer will have the rights to the build :)
Yes I did build a spawn for Nyalon :)

How large is the build? I love oriental type builds, but I wouldn't have much use for it at the moment :(.

This is very nice. I would but the Starting big at $150 and make the BIN $300. If you want to sell this for any higher than $300 you are in the wrong place, lots of low ballers here.

This is an amazing build and worth at least $400 as a commission. As you know Janakin, the difference between selling a pre-build and a commission is very far apart.

You wont get anything above $300 for it on this site, or any that I know of for that matter.
If you could offer a buyer a deal, such as;

"Hub will be customised as per buyers specifications, sign boards only".
Would give the buyer(s) High quality signs, and make it a lot more specific and special to a certain network.
