Minigames Network Setup

Hi, I run a YouTube channel but have recently become interested in server admin and would like to start a Minigames server with survival and creative. I thought The Warz Network was a pretty decent name. I am quite good at GFX and website stuff so I could probably manage that. It's just the permissions and some bungee stuff that I struggle with. I have a free host for me so that should take the cost down a bit. I can setup bungee but sometimes it just does not work.
