We are not closing down, we are just having an issue with our webhost, they haven't registered our payment. We have contacted them, and now it's up to them. We hope this will get resolved soon.

I will personally look into your ticket right away, you can't expect a super fast reply on a host that charges 1 dollar per gb ram.

Is a multicraft panel included or not?

This is shared Minecraft hosting (not a VPS), as in, Multicraft will be included. And that's with automatic setup.

Dedicated servers does not come with Multicraft, they come with SSH access.
