[minor] Ignored members post still show up

I have someone ignored and I am still able to see their posts in new profile posts. I am not sure if it extends to threads/comments on threads, but that's all I know for now.

edit: turns out this is happening because a member I am not ignoring is posting on the ignored members' profile. I would like to not see any content by the user or even to the user as that defeats the purpose of the ignore feature if we can still see the content by them

Since this is such a minor bug that we seem to have we’re not going to be fixing it. This is due to the fact that we’re migrating to XF2 in the future and when we do that it will require a full re-write of everything from the ground up.
