Modded server with plugins

Hey, I'm trying to get a whitelisted infinity evolved expert mode server up and I'd like some help getting the mods and plugins to play together nicely. I also need the biomes o plenty mod to be correctly configured so the biomes show up instead of glitching out and turning into mushroom biomes. Offering to pay. Just lmk your price range for this kind of thing and we can go from there. I'm not looking to spend a crap ton of money on this. I don't need you to add the mods or plugins and I can configure the plugins myself. I just can't figure out how to get the mods and plugins to work together.

I've seen it done on quite a few servers with this mod pack. But every time I try, it seems to fail. I've tried both cauldron and mcpc.
