Past Experience in Moderation:
Server: CrystalCraft I was Moderator on the server CrystalCraft (ccmc), which is one of the more smaller servers I moderated on, it averages 15-40 people a day. I also recently resigned from the staff team because I was not enjoying the server anymore.

Server: JustPVP I was moderator on the factions cannon server JustPVP which averaged around 150-200 players but has since died down to around 70-100. I resigned from JustPVP staff because there were many flaws with how we worked and communicated, I tried to express my thoughts but no one thought it was needed.

Server: PVP Arcade Sadly, the production of this server has since stopped, but I was selected to be a staff member of it. It was to be owned and runned by HoganHacks and RapistZ.

Extra: I also have the experience of owning a server. It’s nothing big, but I ran a UHC server and hosted games for the UHC community. I usually spectate the games in vanish and make sure everyone is following the rules. I feel that this also can relate to my experience because it requires a lot of work and dedication.
Activity: I am very, very active. 4+ hours on the weekdays, and 7+ hours on the weekends. Seeing as how active I am, I am willing to dedicate almost all of that time to help your community. Hopefully improving it for the best. I will always tell an admin before hand if I will be gone for more than two days so they know of my absence, but it’s pretty rare that I’m gone for that period of time. I also always have my phone handy at school, I can check in whenever needed - I just won’t be able to physically play.
Social Skills: I am aware that I will need to have some social skills in order to participate in being a staff member. I am a very extraverted person - meaning that I’m really easy to talk to and very approachable in tense situations. I am able to calm players down pretty easily when things go bad. Not only that, but I’m confident in what I say, and when I say something I mean it. I will not fail to penalize someone who is not following directions.
Why Me?: Unlike most of the other applicants, I have had over a year of experience. I am also very active as stated above, and can dedicate most of my time to helping your community succeed. My building skills are also not that bad, I can help with small tweaks to the spawn. I've also played on Factions/Cannon servers for over 2 years now, so I know how toxic the community can get and I hopefully can work with other members of staff to try to fix it if it ever gets to that level. I am also a very nice, but strict person. Punishments will always be equal and followed correctly, and I will never act inappropriately towards other staff members, or players.
