Mojang not letting me transfer email to new account owner

Hey guys,

Mojang is giving me an error when I try to change the email multiple times recently

I contacted them and they asked why I was changing it, I realise you can't sell accounts so haven't replied yet.

I'm wondering what is best, will this wear off in like 2 weeks and be able to switch?

Yeah, maybe a month if you changed it recently.
