Monitor randomly stopped connecting

Hello cuties

So about a month ago, my BenQ monitor randomly stopped connecting to my laptop.
When using HDMI, it says "HDMI no signal!" on my monitor.

I've tried using a different HDMI port on my monitor + tried using another HDMI cable but none of it solved this.
I won't be able to try it out with DVI as my laptop doesn't have that port.

This might've been after a Windows update but I can't really remember.
Anyone got an idea how I can fix this?

I also have a BenQ monitor, and it would say "Out of Range" if its system settings. Maybe your HDI cable or ports on both ends may have fried, though you say you've tried the second port on the monitor and another cable. Have you tried connecting the monitor to another PC, or have you tried connecting the laptop to some kind of TV to make sure that all points of the system are functional
