I've spent so much time buying and selling domains, with so very little profit and I would like to expand my horizons now that I have more time off from everything.

I would like to know from you experienced MCM members, what you think the most profitable is. Maybe like a top three or just one you are generally living off of.

Thank you in advance to everyone who gives feedback!

What current skills do you have that could benefit you?
What kind of budget do you have to invest into making more money?
Is it MC-M specific, or can be done online anywhere?
Thanks for the reply,
I'm starting to learn more graphic design and I have been creating exclusive setups for a little while now.
I have ~$100 that can be used as investment money.
I mean graphic design could be used outside of MCM, but setups probably not.

Programming. Programming. Programming. Programming.

It can be applied to literally any industry. It is virtually impossible to be out of a job if you are a developer, considering there are many websites that are specific towards just finding developers.

All of the richest people in the world are computer scientists,
Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Larry Page, the list can go on.

Best thing about it is that minecraft is a good precursor to becoming a developer in the real world. The Bukkit/Spigot API is very easy, and relative to some other real-world applications it is in fact very miniscule.

But Perotin, programming seems hard and confusing and just uggghh what to download and where to learn?!

This is probably the biggest reason why people dismiss learning to program. My way of thinking about it is start very simple.
Where I learn new languages now is treehouse, but that costs money - so don't do it unless you're really committed to learning to program.

I'd suggest watching thenewboston's java series. It's free, videos are pretty short but punctual, and tells you the basic tools you'll need to use.

Good luck.

Coding in NotePad++ isn't a terrible idea, forces you to be careful syntaxually and you learn how to use some of the javac commands in order to compile.

Uhm, IntelliJ does the exact same, your point (1st part)?

IntelliJ tells you when you make mistakes like forgetting a semi-colon, Notepad++ doesn't. That's what I was talking about.
