Hello, MC-Market. You all know me as Reno, but my name is Jai. For the past few years, I have provided services as a forum moderator, community manager, and company manager. As I have progressed, I have learned much about xenForo forums, and how they function. Although I can not administrate the systems, I can set up the forums for you. Not including downloading add-ons, which you must do, I can set-up your entire forums. This includes section creation, theme configuration, addon configuration, and user groups & permissions.

As a forum moderator on Prxcraft, a server made by KevinEssence which no longer exists, I learned the non-administrative (Non-ACP) abilities of forum moderation. I learned how to use many functions that are necessary to know, which include thread editing and move/merging. This experience was one that I learned a lot from. After that, I was constantly being hired as a community manager, which included using the ACP. I learned a lot of CSS during this time and often messed up. I believe I am very fluent with the ACP now, and can configure addons that I don't know, as I can learn about them via the Internet. I was recently a Site Administrator for Gruss' server - MineCause. As he said himself in his honest review of me, I was constantly fixing the forums bugs, etc. but the major problem was that once the systems administrator was hired (Rocket), many of my permissions were limited. I couldn't help the forums much after that, so I decided to resign and pursue other positions on other servers.

When managing your forums, which do not have to be connected or related to Minecraft or a server in any form, there are many jobs I will have to complete. I will be making sure your forum is bug-free, easily accessible for xenForo beginners, and organized. I can not set up your domain for you, but once you've activated the forum, I will be able to create all the nodes and configure all the permissions. If you have addons you add, I will set them up and make them optimal for the forum. The reason I will not be able to access the addons is because you must be a verified xenForo buyer to download them. On the other hand, I will be able to download addons if you give me access to your buyer account on xenForo's site. This last option is highly advised against in all cases. You shouldn't share accounts.

I am also able to configure and create both Discord and Slack communication platforms. Many servers still have their staff chats on skype, but I'd definitely reccomend either of the above, preferably Discord.
