Apart from the fact "Securer" isn't even a word, windows is more security tested, however floors in Linux distributions are found much quicker due to its open source nature. Linux servers also preform better than their windows counterparts.

Centos doesn't have a GUI, meaning you can't remote connect, not being able to remote connect means you need to (if you use multicraft) allow external ip address to access phpmyadmin (security flaw)
