multicraft problems/error!!! urgent!

I'm constantly getting the following error when i try to connect to my multicraft panel for my dedicated server.

Error 500
CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: CDbCommand failed to prepare the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 14 unable to open database file

First thing I would do is check that your mysql server is running.

The command may be something like this depending on your OS:
service mysql start
service mysqld start

How do i execute these commands? Where do i execute them?

SSH into your server. That is im guessing you have it setup on a VPS right?

If your using shared hosting id contact your provider.
