I'm a freelance builder looking for work. I do hubs, terrain, koths, prison, spawns etcetera etcetera.
My styles are fairly wide ranging - though I have little experience with sci-fi and modern.

I'm new to the McMarket community, though I've been building for a long time. My rates are as follows:

Structure:

50^2 - 100^2:
10-20$

101^2 - 200^2:
20-50$

201^2+:
50-100$

Terrain:

250^2 - 500^2:
5-15$

501^2 - 2000^2:
15-25$

2001^2 - 5000^2:
25-40$

5000^2+:
50-75$

These prices do vary largely between lowest and highest, and they do get exponentially larger based on size. They also largely depend on the detail and type of project. I will negotiate prices for projects in Skype.

Ah, just saying for sizes 50 by 50 to 100 by 100. =) Not dumb at all, sorry if that was confusing.
