Mystic Build Team Application

Hello everyone!
Welcome to 'The Mystic Build Team' application. After a long time of thinking, I've decided that I want to create yet another build team. The first build team that I made, was in-fact quiet a while back. I created it with a group of friends, the build team was semi-succesful and in the end we gave it up. This build team is hopefully going to be a lot different and better than that one. This build team is not only going to be a build team but also an academy, I'll not only be accepting builders who are amazing at what they do, but also those of whom want to expand their building skills and who I see potential in. I'll be explaining the process of what will happen soon.

The positions that I offer, will be paid. I'll be paying everyone who is involved in a specific build. This means that I will not be paying wages or salaries of any kind, as the build team is still small and currently has no other players. This means that I still have to grow the server and that the remuneration that you get now, will not be as good as what it will be in a few months time. As of now, 50% of the money will go to myself and the build team, and the other 50% will go to the builders involved. This may seem like I am greedy for money, however please understand, I'll need the money for advertising, setting up servers and other things that we may need. Once the build team is settled and has found a place in society, I'll be decreasing my share and the build teams share making the money produced for the builders more.

Once someone is accepted into the team, I'll be adding them to the roster alongside their position. I'm currently hiring players of all sorts ranging from managers, head-builders and builders.

If you are accepted into the build team, I will quote your message and tell you that you have been accepted into the team, after this I'll add you on Skype and we'll do a quick interview. The interview will just be a repetition of the actual application itself and possibly a few other questions. This is just there so that I know that you aren't lying and that I can get to know you a little better. After this I'll tell you whether or not you've been fully accepted into the team and what position you have been granted. The position that you have applied for, might not be the one that you got. You might have exceeded my expectations and got higher than what you applied for or less. ​
