I might, but you can only check one per second due to the 600 requests / 10 minutes limit.

Ah, yeah since there are no rate limits with namemc anyone can make a scraper and check whether a name is migrated, or not without proxies. You could only check like 100 every 10 minutes with mojang's API, but these are cached.

NameMC will ban your IP if you try that (speaking from experience)
Besides their caches are inaccurate and it's easier to just use Mojang's API.
