There are color names, maybe there should be like particles names. Like for example a flame on your name, just some cool particles, I think it would be a nice touch to names, might want to make more people donate sense it would be a cool effect and not just a color change.

Still, I think it still unprofessional. The reason why is that there is no reason for implementing this. You can clearly see who is who based on the color only.
