As the title says I am looking for a couple plugins to be made for us and our server network. If anyone thinks they can tackle any of these plugins, please let me know here or via a PM. Before you ask what my budget is, please don't. My budget is fine. Instead, please quote a starting price for your work and we can go from there. I am not interested in some people saying there price is about where my budget is instead of what they would actually charge. Not saying everyone does this, but some do and I am only looking for serious offers that make everyone involved happy. With that being said, let me post what I am looking for currently (I will try and keep this post updated instead of making several different posts):

Xenforo/Server Connection

We need a plugin that properly connects our Xenforo Forum and our actual servers together. I know there is an outdated plugin out there that does this, however not in the way that I am looking for. It mainly needs to sync only secondary user groups to the servers. For example if a player has Member on survival, and beginner in skyblock, they would have Survival - Member and SkyBlock - Beginner for secondary groups. If they then move to say advanced in survival, tehy no longer have the Survival - Member group and they get the Survival - Advanced group instead. Same with skyblock. Would be nice to see it as a configureable list of what ranks are available for the server (and probably the easiest to make it work). This way if we need to change group names or something, it can be done easily. The rank would be checked/updated on player login, or by the player running /websync (and staff can /websync [user] or /websync all).

- Customizer > Hats (configurable - permission base per hat)
- Customizable book for rules, as well as one for announcements/news

- Health/Hunger Keeper (so you don't lose health or hunger)
- Chat announcer
- Plugin hider (so when player does /plugins it shows what we want)
