The mines need to be detailed but don't need to be huge, just big enough for a few people to walk around and mine in them.

Well I don't need amazing or highly detailed mines so my budget would be like $2.50 a mine, I know that seems like nothing but I have had people build mines for me for that price that are really good and detailed.
